Berlin 2015

G63 Neu is a new 7-storey residential building with 16 flats and stores on the ground floor as well as a basement car park which is situated at Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. The main façade is characterized by playful forms which are achieved by alternating the dimensions of the windows. The chosen material is white concrete without pigments produced as precast slabs, as well as metallic, copper coloured elements used at the ground floor. The back façade of the house features several terraces giving the back patio a special dynamic.
