Refurbishment of a flat at Spandauer Damm 173. The limited dimensions of the place made a redistribution of the rooms compelling in order to create a feeling of spaciousness. By dismantling some walls and erecting new, a certain grandezza was achieved. Finally, rooms were interconnected differently by the replacement of the bathroom and by means of built-in cabinets. The living room was endowed with a zig-zag roof.
